What is Bio Select?

PWS-kärlen är utvecklade för god ergonomi, både för renhållaren och användaren. Bio Select är utvecklat för att lösa de problem, som uppstår med fuktigt matavfall.
BioSelect finns i två storlekar, 140 och 240 liter. Kärlen har bottenventiler som bidrar till att torka avfallet. På vintern minskar risken för fastfruset matavfall och på sommaren minskar risken för dålig lukt. Riktigt bra blir det om Bio Select kompletteras med Biohyllan, som tillåter matavfallet att styckfrysa på vintern och att torka på sommaren.

PWS-kärlen är utformande för att uppfylla kraven på en god arbetsmiljö. PWS har utvecklat Combiolock för Bio Select. Combiolocket har en integrerad säck-hållare. Kärlet har stora hjul med bra köregenskaper och är lätt att tippa över vid förflyttning. Det rejäla, greppvänliga handtaget är utformat för gott om utrymme mellan handtag och kärl.

The lifting edge is designed according to the standard to suit most rear and side load cleaning vehicles.
Effective additions
Biokärlet finns i 140 liter som standard, samt i 240 liter vid förfrågan. För ett ännu mer effektivt system finns olika tillval till Bio Select, vilka kan kombineras fritt efter kundens behov och önskemål.
Uppgradera Bio Select med tillvalen Biohylla, gummi-distanser för locket för ännu bättre ventilation och ljuddämpning, ventiler på sidorna, stansade sidor och mellanbotten. Det vanligaste Bio Select-kärlet har gummidistanser i locket, mellanbotten och två ven-tiler i kärlets nederkant samt stansade sidor.

How Bio Select works
Good ventilation provides drier food waste
Due to the good ventilation of the Bio Select system, the food waste will dry more easily. With a drier food waste, the risk of bad odor in the summer is reduced, as is the risk of solid-free waste in the winter.
Valves optimize ventilation
Two valves in the bottom of the container and the bottom floor provide optimal ventilation. The middle bottom is folded up when emptying. The containers can also be delivered with punched sides for increased ventilation. Rubber distances provide quiet closing of the lid and ventilation of the container.

Biohyllan dries and freezes the food waste
In the food waste a biodegradation occurs which results in heat, moisture and condensation. A damp trash can easily settle in the container in winter and make it difficult to empty. Therefore, PWS has developed Biohyllan, which is easily mounted on new and existing containers. Biohyllan dryer and freezer food waste. You place the paper bag with food waste on the Bio shelf in the container, where it is stored and freezer before it is released into the container. During the summer months, Biohyllan is used to dry the bag. Container hygiene is improved and the weight of the waste is reduced. When the container is to be emptied, Biohyllan is automatically folded up to prevent emptying.
Biohyllan stycktorkar och styckfryser matavfallet. Man placerar papperspåsen med matavfall på Bio-hyllan i kärlet, där den mellanlagras och styckfryser innan den släpps ner i kärlet. Under sommarmånaderna används Biohyllan för att torka påsen. Kärlhygienen förbättras och vikten på avfallet minskar. När kärlet skall tömmas fälls Biohyllan automatiskt upp för att inte blockera tömningen.
