More than recycling

It is well known that PWS uses recycled materials in the manufacture of waste containers as part of our sustainability strategy, but our concept is not limited to that.

Waste management customers are increasingly focusing on their own sustainability goals. This helps to prepare for our business models that take into account the other circuits in the Circular Economy model. Such business models are becoming more important today as greenhouse gas emissions threaten our climate more and more.

I Malmö har PWS tecknat avtal med avfallshanteringsföretagen VA Syd, SUEZ och Urbaser där PWS tillhandahåller en fullservice med kärl- och lagerhantering. Förutom lagerhantering består servicen av kontroll, rengöring och reparation av returnerade kärl. Delar som gått sönder och inte kan repareras  materialåtervinns och alla fungerande delar återanvänds.

PWS contributes to a reduced climate impact

Reusing and repairing parts massively reduces greenhouse gas emissions and has a positive impact on the environment.

PWS 'container design is the necessary for these solutions. Modular, future-proof and adaptable waste containers are ready for future requirements, regardless of whether parts need to be replaced, whether waste flows or volumes need to be adapted or whether waste policy or laws change.
